Bethlehem Pike Revitalization
Lower Gwynedd Township is seeking to engage residents, property owners, and businesses in a community conversation about the future of Bethlehem Pike. The Township aims to better understand the community’s vision and priorities for the corridor.
To begin this process, the Township is inviting the community to complete a survey to share initial thoughts and ideas. The survey will remain open until June 2, 2026.
In addition, the Board of Supervisors and Township staff will host a kickoff event on June 9, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Harth Builders, 812 Bethlehem Pike, Lower Gwynedd Township, PA 19002. The event will include a brief presentation followed by facilitated group discussions to gather further input from residents, businesses, and visitors on how they would like to see Bethlehem Pike evolve.
