Spring House Nursery & Ambler Yards Rezoning-Dec 9th
The BOS will hold two Public Hearings at their regular meeting on December 9th, 2025. Ordinance #552 proposes to change the Township’s zoning map to expand the “Lower Pike Overlay District” and update its parking regulations in relation to the redevelopment of the Spring House Nursery and surrounding properties where a townhouse community is proposed. Ordinance #553 proposes to change the zoning map and regulations for the Ambler Yards property in relation to a future addition of a self-storage facility and an apartment building.
