2026 Preliminary Budget Available for Public Review
Notice is hereby given that the proposed 2026 Preliminary Budget is available for public inspection between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays, at the Lower Gwynedd Township Municipal Building. It is also available to view below! The Budget will be listed on the December 9th, 2025, Board of Supervisors Agenda for approval.

Public Hearing- December 9th
Please be advised that the Board of Supervisors will hold two Public Hearings at their regular meeting on December 9th, 2025. The BOS will consider an amendment requested by Peter Penna to the Lower Gwynedd Zoning Map to extend the Lower Pike Overlay District and to amend the text of the Lower Pike Overlay District related to overflow parking and they will also consider a Zoning Map and Text Amendment related to the Ambler Yards property, located a 300 Brookside Avenue. The ordinances are linked below and are also available for public review upon request at the Township building during normal business hours.
