Residents and property owners are reminded that all sidewalks must be cleared of snow and ice immediately following any snowfall or ice accumulation.
Per Ord. 78, all snow and ice must be removed from sidewalks within 10 hours after the snow or ice has fallen or formed.
- If snow or ice falls or forms after 6:00 PM, it must be removed before 10:00 AM the following day.
Failure to comply with this ordinance may result in a fine or penalty.
