Facility/ Field Rentals
Interested in renting a facility or field in Lower Gwynedd Township?
Residents and organizations can request use of Township parks, fields, and indoor facilities by completing a Facility Rental Permit Application.
How to Apply
Download & complete the Facility Rental Permit Application.
Submit your application in one of the following ways:
- In person: Drop off at the Lower Gwynedd Township Building
- By email: Send your completed application to the Township office
Include payment with your submission. Applications cannot be processed without payment.
Payment:
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
- Please make all checks payable to Lower Gwynedd Township.
- Credit card payments include a service fee.
- Debit cards are not accepted.
- A $25 service charge will be applied to all returned checks
Fee Schedule
REFUNDS:
All refunds by the registrant that are granted will be charged a $5 administrative fee. Full refunds will be issued only if the Parks & Recreation Department cancels a program.
