There will be an impact on local traffic patterns on Penllyn Pike for a four week period as work will be performed on the Penllyn Pike Bridge by SEPTA. On or about July 13-27, 2009, Penllyn Pike between Pershing Road and Wister Road will be closed to all thru traffic. On or about July 27-August 10, 2009, the same location will be closed between the hours of 6:00 AM- 6:00 PM. This closure will not be in effect during the nights and weekends of July 27- August 10, 2009.

Notice is hereby given that the approved 2009 Budget and Fiscal Plan is available through this link for public inspection and at the Lower Gwynedd Township Building, 1130 N. Bethlehem Pike, Spring House, PA. between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
During the summer months between May and August the Township offers discounted tickets to amusement parks, the Philadelphia Zoo and Baltimore Aquarium along with a variety of other family attractions. During the winter season, discounted ski and tubing tickets are available for a variety of the local ski resorts.

Walkers, runners, bicyclists, and nature enthusiasts are bound to discover something new along more than 13 miles of township-owned trails and 120 acres of parks. Our new Park & Trail Map features full-color landmark illustrations, suggested routes, and descriptions to help you create your own route. Maps are also available for pick-up at the township administrative offices located at 1130 N. Bethlehem Pike, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also call and ask the township receptionist to mail one free copy at 215-646-5302. You can also download an 11"x17" version to print at home.
The Parks & Recreation Department has a variety of programs and events scheduled for the Spring season. Don't forget the Penllyn Woods Community Building makes a great location for family gatherings and birthday parties.
Certain types of synthetic stucco have been used in residential and commercial construction since they became popular in the 1990's.
