Philadelphia -The 2010 Philadelphia International Flower Show will treat visitors to an exotic journey with the
theme, Passport to the World, opening February 28 to March 7 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. This years show
will showcase several countries including but not limited to: India, The Netherlands, South Africa, Brazil and New
Zealand.

Yoga
All level vinyasa flow. This class will focus on optimal body alignment as we flow through a series of poses using
the breath as our guide. Participants will leave not only with a deeper understanding of how to protect major muscle

Forever Making Music & More
Forever Making Music and More, Inc. is an innovative, research-based, parent-child music and movement program that is
developmentally appropriate for children birth through Kindergarten. Our classes encourage the child's natural
enthusiasm, giving them a positive attitude towards music and movement which creates a solid foundation for formal
music and dance instruction. Twelve children and their caregivers meet weekly for 45 minutes. Semester lengths vary.
